- To be warmly greeted and provided with a bulletin explaining the order of worship and announcements of the church. Ushers are available to assist you in finding restrooms, childcare, etc. You may sit in any pew.
- A worship style that is traditional mixed with contemporary praise songs and interactive elements involving the congregation. We are experimenting with transforming our worship to meet the needs of new generations. Join us on our journey.
- To praise God with praise songs, hymns, choir anthems, and special music. Music is provided by both an organist and pianist. We are searching for musicians who play the guitar and other instruments. The church also has bells for a bell choir.
- To participate in worship through responsive readings and prayers, hearing lay members read scripture, and experience a warm and friendly time of “passing the peace,” and an open time of sharing joys and prayer concerns.
- To hear God’s Word proclaimed in a Bible-based sermon.
- To not worry about what to wear. There’s no need to dress up – casual clothes and jeans are just fine, but if you like wearing a suit and tie, or a dressy dress to worship, you won’t feel out of place.
- To have children welcomed! Child care is available for young children, or they may stay with you in worship. Our main children’s ministry occurs on Wednesday evenings, but children are welcomed on Sunday mornings as well.
- Following worship we have a time of fellowship and snacks. Hang around and make a new friend. About once a month we have a carry-in meal after worship. Please stay and enjoy a meal with us. Breaking bread together is one of our favorite activities.
